I’m leaving town to spend a week in Barcelona. I hope you all had a wonderful christmas. I also want to thank all of you for being such great readers, really! Thank you for the lovely e-mails, support and comments.
Nevertheless, is there anything in particular you would like to see on this blog? All advices and suggestions are highly welcome. Maybe less writings and more photos? Or more music, literature and movies? Perhaps less about clothes?
Stay tuned and follow my blog with bloglovin for preset posts.
Happy holidays, everyone!
I'd love to see some online shopping guides. From a reader's point of view, I find the text/photos balance quite enticing as it is now. And whatever you're comfortable with in terms of music/literature/films would work. I come here because of your voice, so as long as you're truthful to your tastes and please yourself, you'd be pleasing your readers.
clothes!i want to know how to build the perfect wardrobe and you give such sound advice
i recently found your blog- i like it just the way it is. happy holidays and safe travels!
Can you give some tips in traveling? I'm going to Paris in a few months and I was wondering if you can give some advice in where to go and shop, what to bring, etc.
I agree with Genevieve, your favourite places and stores in Paris – it would be amazing! And more photos! )
Have a wonderful trip! It's my dream to one day make it to Spain. The clothes you're bringing look very chic, and redken makes very good stuff. Also thank you for your kind mention on your tumblr. :)-ps. I wanted to send you a link to this post on the essential man, the last paragraph. :) He sums it up better than I could!
I'd also love a Paris guide (where's the best Isabel Marant store? the best cafés, etc.) since I'm going there for the first time some time in June. I'd love to see some more outfit posts, and I always find your posts about building a wardrobe inspiring. Have fun in Barcelona!
I'd love to see more outfit posts, otherwise your blog is perfect to me the way it is!

More literature, music and movies! You have such a good taste in clothing, so it would be interesting to see what your cultural taste is like.

Dear Fleurette,I love you blog, the design of it, the concept, your strong sense of style, everything, in fact I would love the same, just more often! Daily if you could ;) Don't change it please, just more of it would be my wish as a daily reader.I am Spanish, I hope you would love Barcelona, but Madrid is MILES BETTER!!!! maybe less popular amongst the tourist crowd but I think more authentic and people friendlier. It is more real as a place.Happy ChristmasMaria
the jacket, jumper and shirt in the first photo looks lovelyy!
i love that you write a bit more than other fashion blogs. and more photos would be lovely, but like many of the other commenters, i do like your blog just as it is now. :)happy and safe travels, and here's to more inspiration in 2011 :D

more clothes + music. i love your musings on what makes a classic wardrobe and your less is more philosophy =)
your blog is one of the only ones that i actually read (not only look at the pictures)!! so dont stop writing, please. on the other hand, it would be nice to see some good pictures of how you style yourclothes, all your clothes, your room, and maybe you could write more about your piano playing? and how you combine it with other things in your life? i play the violin, and for me it would be nice to know how other misicians do with life.. wow, that sounded arty-farty. but i hope you know what i mean.Your blog is really amazing! keep up the good work!xo,M
I love your blog the way it is especially the amount of text..maybe more outfit posts or more about your other interests..have fun in Barcelona =)
I would absolutely love to hear your take on literature and art! And I'd like to read more about your life as well. You're a musician, right?
Post some pictures from Barcelona when you're back please! Would love to see them :)
I hope you have a great trip to Barcelona. Have fun! =)Honestly, I love your writing and your sense of style. I love to read what you write. I would love to hear about your music and literature once in a while also. Most importantly, independently of we might all think, you should write whatever you feel like it. It is Your blog after all. =)amatutare.wordpress.com
I would love to see a travel guide as well – focusing mainly on what clothing to pack to get the most use, with only a small number of things. I love packing for trips – perhaps a little too much!
Post about food… yummy delicious food from different places… with pictures
I would love to know how you choose what your pieces will be each season. Do you start with the magazines? I know you reject a lot of things, but how do you decide how to choose? It seems you go through the trial and error process in your head INSTEAD of buying something and then (either taking it back or learning after you wear it that the piece doesn't work). Also…do you have a line for where "good enough" is acceptable Sometimes I struggle with whether or not to buy something when I get something that has everything I am looking for…except one little thing. For example–I found a bag that was almost perfect, except for the lining–I didn't like it. You know it has that one thing that calls out to me that it isn't right. Do you have a point where you would say…well, I may not find EXACTLY what I want, but this is close enough. Does that make sense? I am not talking about something that either doesn't fit or isn't made for your style. I am talking about the little details on an object and is 90% perfect. For me, it depends on how big of an irritant the "one thing" is.
I admire you're clear view at clothes. You know what you want and you don't bear with second best. I often have a piece of clothing in my head that is perfect but I can't find it anywhere or it is far too expensive. What is your take on underwear/lingerie?
I hope you had a wonderful Christmas and trip, and wishing you a lovely 2011 darling. I love everything just as it is – you have impeccable taste and always give sound advice. I'd perhaps love to see your musings on everyday things you find gorgeous, be it small luxuries, where to go, etc. Miss B xx
i do love your blog just as it is, but if you were to add anything, i do enjoy your outfit photos immensely. happy new year!
Thank you so much for the feedback!I will definitely write a Paris guide!Pret a porter p: You're the best! Thank you for sharing, the last paragraph made me feel a tad better :)Lisa and anonymous: I made the layout myself! ravna: Tusen takk!M: Thank you! I ENVY YOU. Ever since I was 4 years old, I've wanted to play the violin. But somehow I ended up with accordion instead of violin (+ piano). So every day I envy all the students and friends of mine who play the violin. Please send me an e-mail, I'd love to discuss violin and music with you. Anonymous (December 27, 2010 2:49 PM): Good idea! I'll write about it if you can help me formulate your question into one sentence that I can use as a title. Haha!
